If you missed yesterday's post, I mentioned that I will be journaling my foods on the blog this week partly to keep me accountable and partly because I've had some friends ask what I eat each day. I do realize it might not be that interesting but I'll still be blogging about other things too if the mood strikes me.

Breakfast
